By booking a session you are agreeing to the Terms of Use as they appear here and are legally bound by them whether or not you have read them. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not book a session or service.

All sessions and services are intended solely for individuals who are receiving the sessions and who must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any use or access to any reading or service by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms of Use.

TOPICS NOT COVERED

Jessie does not provide guidance or sessions that focus on the following topics:

Mental Health Diagnoses or Treatment: If you are experiencing distress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, please seek support from a licensed therapist or counselor.

Financial, Investment, or Business Advice: This includes stock market predictions, cryptocurrency investments, gambling outcomes, or business success forecasts.

Legal Matters: No guidance will be provided or should be interpreted as advice on lawsuits, contracts, inheritance disputes, or any legal matters.

Medical Diagnoses or Health Predictions: Sessions do not replace medical consultations, diagnoses, or treatments.

Pregnancy, Birth, or Death Predictions.

If your inquiry falls under any of the above categories, please seek guidance from a qualified professional in the appropriate field.

Readings that violate the privacy of others

Readings will only be done for the individual who books the sessions. Guidance and information that would violate the right to personal privacy of others will not be done. Examples include obtaining personal and private information on relatives, children, and any other individual that is not the person receiving the reading.  

CANCELLATION AND  REFUND POLICY

Jessie reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session at any time if he determines that the nature of the inquiry falls outside his scope, including but not limited to matters requiring the expertise of a licensed mental health professional, financial advisor, legal expert, or medical practitioner. Sessions are intended for spiritual guidance only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in these areas. 

If a session is declined before the scheduled appointment time, the client will receive a full refund. If a session is ended early due to any of the reasons stated above, the client will be refunded for the remaining time.

Jessie is committed to ethical practices and does not discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or any other protected characteristic. Session refusals are based solely on professional alignment, ethical boundaries, and the intended purpose of the service.

There are no refunds for services after they have been rendered.
